All orders ship from our warehouse in Konya and Istanbul, Turkey.
Yes — we ship worldwide to any country.
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days via FedEx or DHL. We ship within 1 business day of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Yes — our system automatically applies a combined shipping discount when you add multiple items to your cart. The per-item shipping charge reduces as you add more pieces.
United States and Australia: No customs duty applies on our shipments to these countries.
All other countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand any additional costs.
Please note: if an item is returned for any reason, we refund the item price only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. We refund the full item price — return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. You can also opt for store credit instead of a refund.
