Ordering

How do I search for items?

You can browse and filter our collection by origin, category, price range, size, and more. Use the search bar or explore collections directly from the navigation menu at vintagepillowsstore.com.

How do I place an order?

Find the piece you love, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Checkout is fully encrypted and secure.

Is your online stock the full inventory?

No — we have a larger offline inventory that isn't always listed online. If you're looking for something specific, or interested in large quantities of kilim rugs, patchwork rugs, pillow covers, or other textiles, contact us and we'll let you know what's available.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom-made patchwork rugs and pillow covers. Email us at contact@vintagepillowsstore.com with your requirements and we'll work with you to create something unique.


Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Konya and Istanbul, Turkey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide to any country.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days via FedEx or DHL. We ship within 1 business day of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Do you combine shipping for multiple items?

Yes — our system automatically applies a combined shipping discount when you add multiple items to your cart. The per-item shipping charge reduces as you add more pieces.


Customs & Duties

Who pays for customs and import fees?

United States and Australia: No customs duty applies on our shipments to these countries.

All other countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand any additional costs.

Please note: if an item is returned for any reason, we refund the item price only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. We refund the full item price — return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. You can also opt for store credit instead of a refund.

To start a return, email contact@vintagepillowsstore.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

What condition are the items in?

We sell first-quality products only. Every item is inspected before listing — we check for damage, defects, and condition, and include honest descriptions in each listing. What you see in the photos is what you'll receive.


Wholesale & Trade

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for high-volume orders and special pricing for interior designers. Contact us at contact@vintagepillowsstore.com for details. We also sell through Faire for trade buyers.
