We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy.


Our Commitment

Every piece we sell is handpicked, carefully photographed, and described as accurately as possible. We believe in complete transparency — if there's a repair, a worn area, or any characteristic worth noting, we include it in the listing. Vintage textiles are one-of-a-kind by nature, and part of their beauty lies in their history.

That said, we understand that sometimes a piece doesn't work out. We accept returns — no hard feelings.


Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless there is a defect

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@vintagepillowsstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or store credit

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, we will:

  • Refund the full product price to your original payment method, or
  • Issue store credit for the full amount — your choice

Please note: original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately at contact@vintagepillowsstore.com with photos. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

We offer special pricing for interior designers and bulk orders. If you're working on a project and need multiple pieces, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch for details.
